OUR POLICY
The Boss Brand Collection Online business hours are Monday-Friday(EST).
PROCESSING TIME - Processing for regular orders time is mandatory each order and is 7-10 business days.
FUR PRODUCTS ONLY- Processing time is mandatory each order and is 10-15 business days
SHIP TIME - U.S. orders range from 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. International ship time ranges from 1-6 weeks depending on your location and efficiency of your local post office.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS - You will be provided an estimated ETA. Please read the item description before purchasing. Once our facility receives the PRE-ORDER shipment we will notify you via email. Please then allow 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office for your item to be be shipped. You will be sent tracking via email.
We only provide priority and standard ground shipping. We do not offer any express, or overnight shipping ATM. All orders will be picked, packed, and fulfilled in the order that they were placed within 7-10 business days of the order date.
If your package has been lost or stolen, you must report this via email no later than 10 days from the delivery date stated on your orders tracking information. When checking out, please ensure the shipping address entered is accurate. Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost or stolen package, the United States Postal Service and/or any other shipping service that you have agreed to use during checkout will then be held liable. It is then the customers responsibility to contact the shipping provider to file a claim. Although we cannot be held responsible, if you contact us via email, we will do our best in assisting you.
All items are FINAL SALE. Refunds/exchanges are not provided under any circumstances for any reason. We do not make changes to any orders and cannot change addresses due to security issues. Once we shipped out an order and it is marked as delivered, the order will be deemed invalid and not our responsibility. We do not replace any items, we stand by the quality of our products
